New Life United Pentecostal Church of Hutto, Inc., a Texas nonprofit corporation, doing business as New Life Hutto (“New Life Hutto,” “the church,” “we”), is a church located at 623 W Front St, Suite 1800, Hutto, TX 78634 (mailing address: PO Box 1061, Hutto, TX 78634). This policy explains what information we collect through newlifehutto.com, our volunteer serving schedule at serve.newlifehutto.com, our forms, and our text messaging program, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Information you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and prayer requests you submit through our forms (our prayer form is processed by our church management provider, Breeze), and messages you send us by email, phone, or text.
• Giving information is collected and processed by our giving providers (for example, Planning Center Giving). We do not store card or bank numbers on this website.
• Website usage data collected with Google Analytics cookies: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, and how you found the site.

How we use information

• To respond to you, pray for you, and care for our church family.
• To keep you informed about services, events, and church news you asked to receive.
• To improve our website.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (church management, giving, email, text messaging, analytics) and when required by law.

Text messaging (SMS) privacy

Program: New Life Hutto Church Texts — volunteer schedule reminders (serving sign-up confirmations, upcoming shift reminders, open-spot and schedule-change notices) and church updates (announcements, events, and a weekly sermon recap).

When you opt in by checking the (unchecked by default) text consent box on our volunteer serving schedule at serve.newlifehutto.com, on our text sign-up page (newlifehutto.com/sms or newlifehutto.com/textos), on a church sign-up card, or by texting a keyword, we collect your name, mobile phone number, preferred language, and the date, time, and method of your consent. We use this information only to send the church texts you requested and to honor your opt-out requests.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Our messaging platform and wireless carriers process your number solely to deliver our messages. Children

Our website and text program are intended for adults, and for minors only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
